While using Our Service, We may ask You to provide certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify You, including but not limited to: email address, first name and last name, and Usage Data.

Usage Data is collected automatically and may include Your device's IP address, browser type and version, the pages of our Service You visit, the time and date of Your visit, the time spent on those pages, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data — including equivalent data for mobile devices.

We use Cookies and similar tracking technologies (beacons, tags, scripts) to track activity on Our Service. You can instruct Your browser to refuse Cookies; some parts of the Service may then be unavailable. The security of Your Personal Data is important to Us, but no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. While We strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect Your Personal Data, We cannot guarantee its absolute security.
Forms, scheduling and email
Website contact and SPARK registration forms are submitted through FormSubmit so the submission can be emailed to Quantum-hub. If the meeting calendar is activated, scheduling is provided by Calendly and booking details are processed under Calendly's privacy terms. The website does not currently load an analytics service. We may use the details you submit to respond to your request and, only where you have opted in, to send information about future SPARK batches.
GDPR rights
We may process Personal Data on the basis of consent, performance of a contract, legal obligations, vital interests, public interests, or legitimate interests. If You are within the EU, You have the right to: request access to, correction of, or erasure of Your Personal Data; object to processing; request data portability; and withdraw consent. You may exercise these rights by contacting Us; You also have the right to complain to a Data Protection Authority.
Children's privacy
Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 13, and We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under 13. If You are a parent or guardian aware that Your child has provided Us with Personal Data, please contact Us.
